    With nearly 18 years in the Real Estate industry, Jeanne has become one of the area's most respected and successful Realtors.

     

    Jeanne is the Broker/Owner of the RE/MAX In Action offices, and holds a real estate license in both WV and VA. She has earned many awards including 1991 Rookie of The Year, numerous Board of Realtors Silver Awards, 2005 EPBR Realtor of The Year, The Carol Snyder Good Neighbor Award, and is a member of the EPBR Top Producer Hall of Fame and the RE/MAX Platinum Club. Her professional designations include Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR), and NAR’s  “At Home With Diversity”.

     

    Jeanne currently serves as the 2009 President of The Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors. She is active with The West Virginia Association of Realtors and was selected as The 2008 WV Realtor of The Year. In addition to her state activity, Jeanne is a newly elected Director for The National Association of Realtors. She serves on local and state committees, with special interest in Education, Ethics and Professional Standards.  Jeanne was selected by The WV Real Estate Commission to serve on a special education task force that is working to establish a new curriculum for Broker licensing.     DeRhonda began her real estate career in 2002. She came to the Jeanne & Dan Team in 2006 bringing an extensive background in daily real estate processes with her. DeRhonda serves as the teams Transaction Coordinator, processing new listings, supervising contracts from ratification to closing, and most recently assisting with the short sale and foreclosure work. DeRhonda concentrates on making each transaction the best home buying or selling experience possible.

    CDPE, CRS, GRI, ABR, SRES, SFR - what does all that mean?  Well, first and foremost, it means that Andrea believes that education is the key to success - the more knowledge she has, the better equipped she is to give clients the best customer service available. 

    She recently did the coursework to become a CDPE (Certified Distressed Property Expert) and it was the best thing she has ever done.  She now fully understands what a bank needs from us to approve a Short Sale in a timely manner.  If you, your family or friends finds yourself in a hardship, owe more on their home than what it is worth and need to sell - call her, she can help!  There is a light at the end of the tunnel and it is NOT a train!

    Only 3% of Realtors in the USA achieve the CRS designation and she's quite proud to be among the ranks.  CRS stands for Certified Residential Specialist, GRI for Graduate of Realtor Institute, ABR is Accredited Buyer's Representative, and SRES for Seniors Real Estate Specialist.  

    Andrea also has an awesome traditional educational background with a Bachelors degree in Business Administration and a Masters degree in Human Behavior.   She loves people, loves her job and thoroughly enjoys the variety of adventures being a Realtor!   The rewards of all of this have paid off by being recognized as a "Top Producer" by the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors each year she's been a REALTOR®.  And, she has been inducted into the Hall of Fame for achieving Top Producer 5 years in a row!

    A     native of Clarke County Virginia, Pauline moved to West Virginia in 1999. She began her career as a full time Realtor in 2005, getting both her West Virginia and Virginia real estate license.   Pauline's professional achievements include the Top Producer Club in 2007, and the (GRI) Graduate of Realtor Institute designation.

    Pauline has been active with the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors, and served as chair for "RPAC" committee in 2008. She was presented the 3rd quarter Silver Award for her work and dedication on this committee.

    Pauline has the  natural talent and experience to find out exactly what her clients want and works hard to meet their expectations. Her greatest joy is when she hands her clients the keys to their new home.

    She is serving her second term as secretary for the Martinsburg Lions Club. Pauline has a great passion for the work they do to help the citizens in need of eye glasses and hearing aids in the community.

    Vicki is originally from Somerset, PA. Vicki spent 25 years in Arizona before relocating to West Virginia. On her journey to the becoming a Realtor®, Vicki was the Marketing Director for a retirement community in Sacramento, CA. Her love of working with seniors made selling real estate a super choice for her clients and their friends. Vicki has had great success in the real estate community.     Rob Mobley grew up in Jefferson County West Virginia where he graduated Jefferson High School. He began his professional career at Quad Graphics, which provided him the opportunity to hone his people skills in the customer service area. After buying, rehabbing, and selling a few houses for himself, Rob obtained his West Virginia REALTOR® license. In 2001 he joined RE/MAX In Action while continuing his employment with Quad. It soon became apparent that Rob’s talent and enthusiasm for real estate was extraordinary. Making the decision to go full time as a professional REALTOR® was an easy one. Robbie, as he is known to his clients, friends, and family, has the unique ability to “make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”. He has guided many people out of seemingly impossible situations and brought a happy ending to their transaction.     Bill graduated from Shepherd College (University) in 1996 with a Bachelors Degree in Communications and a Minor in Psychology.  Bill is currently an Associate Broker with RE/MAX In Action.  Education has always been a top priority for Bill.  In his first three years, he became a Certified Relocation Specialist for CENTURY 21, earned his CRS (Certified Residential Specialist) Designation and passed the WV Broker’s Exam.  He is also a Certified Distressed Property Expert.  He enjoys supporting the Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors whenever possible.  Over the years, he has volunteered for many committees, including Rookie Realtors (REDS), Community Service, RPAC (REALTOR Politcal Action Committee) and working on the Habitat for Humanity Golf Tournament.  He was a member of the 2007 Strategic Planning Committee and has served as the Vice-President for the EPBR and as a State Director for the WVAR.  In 2009, Bill was awarded the “REALTOR of the Year” award by his peers at the Eastern Panhandle Board of REALTORS and was nominated for “REALTOR of the Year” for the state of West Virginia.  Bill is currently a member of First Baptist Church of Martinsburg and enjoys playing cards, watching movies, playing softball and golf and spending time with his wife Stephanie and son Elijah.
