Originally from Kansas, Jeanne relocated to West Virginia and entered the banking industry in the early 80’s. Later she started a new homes construction company for which Jeanne still holds a West Virginia Contractor License. This was the perfect blend of careers and experiences to prepare Jeanne for her third and present career in Real Estate. Her success was apparent from the start winning numerous awards including, the 1991 Rookie of the Year, and Top Producer Hall of Fame Member. She has also been awarded several prestigious designations, Certified Residential Specialist (CRS), Graduate of Realtor Institute (GRI), Accredited Buyer Representative (ABR) and the NAR’s newest designation, “At Home With Diversity”. A valuable member of the Jeanne & Dan Team, Jeanne is also one of the top agents in the area, and is Broker and Owner of two RE/MAX franchises. This, along with her numerous designations and awards, provides proof of her commitment to excellence. Not surprisingly, Jeanne places a great priority on results and getting things done. Highly recognized for this by her peers, Jeanne is currently serving as 2008 President-Elect  for The Eastern Panhandle Board of Realtors and is a Director for The West Virginia Association of Realtors. Away from the office, Jeanne is an active supporter and fund raiser for Habitat For Humanity. She has traveled to The Mississippi Gulf Coast to build Habitat Homes for hurricane victims, and is committed to returning annually as long as needed. Jeanne admits she struggles to find personal time, but whenever possible she enjoys relaxing at home with her Jack Russell Terriers, attracting bluebirds and purple martins to her feeders and nest boxes, and working in her gardens.

Rob Mobley grew up in Jefferson County West Virginia where he graduated Jefferson High School. He began his professional career at Quad Graphics, which provided him the opportunity to hone his people skills in the customer service area. After buying, rehabbing, and selling a few houses for himself, Rob obtained his West Virginia REALTOR® license. In 2001 he joined RE/MAX In Action while continuing his employment with Quad. It soon became apparent that Rob’s talent and enthusiasm for real estate was extraordinary. Making the decision to go full time as a professional REALTOR® was an easy one. Robbie, as he is known to his clients, friends, and family, has the unique ability to “make a silk purse out of a sow’s ear”. He has guided many people out of seemingly impossible situations and brought a happy ending to their transaction. Originally from the Great Shenandoah Valley in Front Royal, VA, Kim moved to West Virginia 16 years ago. Kim brings 7 years of real estate experience to The Jeanne & Dan Team. She has worked in New Home Sales, land acquisition and lovingly representing both buyers and sellers in finding their dream home. Kim’s husband and two beautiful daughters are what drive Kim to do more and be more. She is very involved with her family, her church and her community. DeRhonda began her real estate career in 2002. She came to the Jeanne & Dan Team in 2006 bringing extensive background in daily real estate transactions with her. DeRhonda serves as the teams Transaction Coordinator, handling new listings; as well as supervising contracts from ratification to closing.
